Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducts routine overall system check of the entire facility.
  • Execute needed repair and upkeep tasks including but not limited to lighting desk and office keys lavatory
  • pedestal lateral cabinets work stations and chairs.
  • Schedule repairs with trade vendors for air conditioning electrical and plumbing as necessary.
  • Review and monitor janitorial and vendor services to a specific set of performance standards.
  • Conducts minor corrective and preventive maintenance of company property and equipment
  • Assists and coordinates in the Preventive Maintenance activities of third party service providers to building
  • facilities and equipment
  • Prepares and implements preventive maintenance programs for all equipment. Orients contractual personnel on the specifications of all equipment and maintenance programs.
  • Prepares and implements fire safety standards and procedures for the property. Ensures that fire hazards in the property are eliminated.
  • Monitors and records all utilities consumption to see if daily consumption is still within budget.
  • Provides inputs for innovations minor major and capital expenditure projects of all projects and monitors its
  • implementation.
  • Participates in the preparation and development of housekeeping requirements of the property.
  • Provide technical assistance to company events.
  • Maintains inventory of building supplies workplace gadgets and equipment including spare material inventory control and recommend disposal of items.
  • Accountable for all decisions actions and directives with respect to job responsibilities.
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement as well as performance of in-house janitorial and skilled workers.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies procedures and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
