Executive Chef

We are hiring for an Executive Chef.

As an Executive Chef you will lead and oversee all culinary operations ensuring exceptional food quality operational excellence profitability and an outstanding guest experience. You will inspire and engage the culinary team while driving innovation maintaining the highest standards of food safety and delivering memorable dining experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

• Create and develop menus and recipes
• Buildcollaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure the best price and quality is achieved when purchasing food
• Maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
• Ensure the ultimate guest experience in the hotel
• Drive high standards of food preparation in order to increase profitability of the hotel
• Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division

• Has experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment

• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
