Qualifications
Open to candidates from any academic course or field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Skilled in calendar management email handling and scheduling coordination
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates a professional attitude reliability and strict confidentiality
Fast learner with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing executive calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and events
Support email management including drafting responses organizing inboxes and flagging priorities
Prepare and organize documents reports presentations and meeting materials
Coordinate internal and external communications in a professional manner
Take meeting minutes and track action items to ensure timely follow-up
Maintain and update records files and databases accurately and confidentially
Assist in travel arrangements such as bookings itineraries and logistics
Handle administrative tasks including filing data entry and office coordination
Support executives in daily operations and special projects as assigned
Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
