Assistant Manager, Fund Accounting | EMEA | HYBRID

THIS ROLE
The primary technical expert responsible for ensuring excellence in complex fund accounting services through expertise and final review authority. This role serves as the ultimate subject matter expert for the team on complex accounting matters leading technical decisions and process innovations while providing authoritative guidance on sophisticated client portfolios and advanced accounting modules.
 
WHAT YOULL DO:

• Youll serve as the teams technical authority for complex accounting matters providing final review and oversight of sophisticated accounting deliverables.
• Youll drive technical excellence by developing accounting standards methodologies best practices and process improvements across the team.
• Youll ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards statutory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Youll act as the primary technical expert for client-specific information across fund segments including BOLT On PE Advanced and related products and services.
• Youll collaborate with stakeholders resolve technical queries and support team development through training coaching and constructive feedback.

Qualifications :

ABOUT YOU  

• You are a CPA-qualified accounting finance or business administration professional with at least 6 years of experience including 4 years in fund accounting financial reporting or audit.
• You have deep expertise in technical accounting accounting standards regulatory compliance and the final review and approval of complex financial reports.
• You have strong experience with advanced accounting systems process innovation and the development of technical standards methodologies and SOPs.
• You have proven ability to manage complex client issues compliance cases workload planning and the timely resolution of review comments and queries.
• You are a proactive and detail-oriented leader with strong coaching communication and stakeholder management skills committed to technical excellence and continuous improvement.
