Work Set-up: Work From Home or Office
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 45000 Php 55000
About the Role
This role converts architectural designs and project specifications into precise cost estimates and material take-offs for a premier Victorian construction specialist. You will be collaborating directly with the Australian project team to secure and plan high-end facade projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ESTIMATOR (ALUMINIUM CLADDING)
Responsibilities as an Estimator (Aluminium Cladding):
Analyze Plans: Review architectural drawings specifications and engineering documents carefully.
Quantify Materials: Conduct accurate take-offs for aluminium cladding and framing components.
Calculate Costs: Estimate labor material fabrication transport and installation expenses.
Request Quotes: Source and negotiate competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
Assess Risk: Identify potential project complexities structural challenges and cost variations.
Collaborate Daily: Coordinate with Australian project managers to align budgets and timelines.
Prepare Tenders: Compile detailed compliant cost proposals for submission to clients.
Qualifications as an Estimator (Aluminium Cladding):
Experience: 2 to 4 years of dedicated estimating experience in aluminium cladding systems.
Software Mastery: Proficient in Bluebeam CostX PlanSwift or Excel estimation models.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Australian National Construction Code (NCC).
Technical Skills: Proven track record in facade material systems structural allowances and waste calculation.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for Australian client collaboration.
Portfolio Required: Proven experience as evidenced by a portfolio or similar of previous successful bid projects is required.
