Position Title: Draftsperson (Aluminium Cladding)
Work Set-up: Work From Home or Office
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 45000 Php 55000
About the Role
This role converts architectural designs into detailed shop drawings and manufacturing files for a premier Victorian construction specialist. You will work from our offshore office in Pampanga collaborating directly with the Australian project team.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DRAFTSPERSON (ALUMINIUM CLADDING)
Responsibilities as a Draftsperson (Aluminium Cladding):
Convert Concepts: Turn architectural plans into accurate facade shop drawings.
Generate Production Data: Convert approved shop drawings into precise manufacturing drawings.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to the National Construction Code (NCC).
Verify Standards: Cross-check dimensions material allowances and structural framing clearances.
Collaborate Daily: Coordinate with Australian project managers to resolve design discrepancies.
Qualifications as a Draftsperson (Aluminium Cladding):
Experience: 2 to 4 years of dedicated experience in aluminium cladding systems.
Software Mastery: Proficient in AutoCAD SOLIDWORKS or Rhino.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Australian National Construction Code (NCC).
Technical Skills: Proven track record in facade drafting detailing and geometric modeling.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for Australian client collaboration.
A portfolio of previous works. Proven experience by way of a portfolio of relevant work is required.
