Responsible for the control tracking submission distribution and filling of all QA/QC-related documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and document control procedures.

• Document Control Management: Maintain register track and archive all QA/QC documents ensuring proper revision control and compliance with project procedures.
• Submission & Monitoring: Process and distribute QA/QC document submissions through Aconex monitor review and approval status maintain accurate document trackers.

• 5 years of experience in document control project administration or records management

• Experience in construction infrastructure railway QA/QC or engineering projects is preferred.

• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation process is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Powerpoint).
• Experience with document management systems such as Aconex EDMS SharePoint or similar platforms.
