BMG Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to support an Australian warehousing and distribution operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels across multiple branches coordinating stock replenishments monitoring stock movements and ensuring inventory accuracy through reporting analysis and regular stock reviews. This role requires strong Excel skills excellent communication abilities and a high level of attention to detail

• Schedule: Mon-Fri7:00 am-4:00 pm
• Work Set up: Onsite
• Salary range:Php 40000- Php 60000

In this role you will:

• Monitor branch stock levels and manage replenishments.

• Oversee internal stock transfers between branches.

• Analyze incoming shipments and prioritize urgent stock requirements.

• Coordinate with Branch Managers Purchasing and Distribution teams.

• Run and review monthly stock adjustment reports.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and stock variances.

• Monitor cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

• Participate in operational improvement initiatives.

• Uphold company culture and values.

Were Looking for Someone Who has:

• Previous experience in inventory control stock management warehousing or a similar role.

• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management software.

• Strong data entry and inventory reporting experience.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting multi-site inventory operations.

• Experience in distribution logistics or wholesale environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
