Job Summary
Position Summary:
Addressing customer complaints providing appropriate solutions and following up to address any issues they run into.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives calls emails and other forms of communications from customers.
- Accurately records all interactions purchases remarks and complaints from customers.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and provides professional customer support.
- Maintains a consistently optimistic sympathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
- Provides excellent customer care and employs influential sales strategies.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Qualifications:
- Clear speaking voice.
- At 6 months of BPO experience.
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum).
- Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Must have excellent command of the English language with neutral or American accent.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong administrative skills - Accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role.
- Energetic fun and confident personality.
- Willing to work full-time night shift.
- Willing to work onsite.
- Amenable to changes in schedule and work on weekends.
