What Were Looking For
Were seeking individuals who are:
- Proven in delivering excellent customer service within the BPO industry
- Equipped with strong oral and written communication skills
- Experienced in providing support across multiple channels (voice chat email)
- Quality-driven with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the best customer experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment
- Flexible and open to voice non-voice or blended programs
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (with at least average MS Excel skills)
- Strong in problem-solving critical thinking and information delivery
- Organized reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to complete required training and continuously improve performance
- Open to working shifting schedules weekends and holidays onsite
What Success Looks Like
To thrive in this role you should have:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- A strong sense of empathy active listening and professionalism ensuring every customer interaction meets quality standards
- The ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues effectively using independent judgment
- A collaborative mindset able to work closely with teammates supervisors and leadership
- Adaptability to a dynamic onsite work environment where priorities may shift
