We are looking for a Chief Concierge.
As a Chief Concierge we rely on you to:
- Provide a personalized guest service
- Engage with guests in makinga memorable experience
- Attend to complaints & solve problems of hotel guests; assist with special requests
- Ensure smooth operations on a daily basis
- Lead the team to maintain a high service standard
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Loves interacting with guests
- A self-starter and a team player
- Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
- Loves being creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests
