Job Summary
- Oversees pastry and bakery operations ensuring exceptional quality consistency presentation and cost efficiency in line with luxury standards.
- Leads and develops the culinary team through training coaching and performance management while upholding the highest standards of hygiene safety and service excellence.
- Collaborates with the Pastry Chef to create refined menus standardized recipes and innovative offerings that elevate the guest experience.
Qualifications :
- Culinary or Pastry Arts degree or a related qualification is an advantage.
- At least five (5) years of pastry experience preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Demonstrated creativity strong organizational skills and attention to detail in pastry preparation recipe development and presentation.
- Sound knowledge of pastry operations food safety and luxury hospitality standards with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
