In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform weekly payroll audits and month end reporting items.
- Ensure the accuracy of data extracted from Oracle KBace and other reporting tools.
- Analyze reconcile and resolve payroll tax discrepancies using data from payroll and reporting systems.
- Support month-end quarterly and annual payroll tax reporting and balancing activities.
- Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports including Global HRIS billing and tax payment reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address issues improve processes and maintain high-quality service delivery.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Must be open to take on a 6 months fixed-term employment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or Accounting-related courses.
- 1 year of relevant experience in US Payroll.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and any Payroll systems.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexibility adapting to changing priorities and work schedules.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- At least 1 year of ADP Smart Compliance knowledge is a plus.
