Tasks
- Organize and schedule meetings appointments and events to keep everything running smoothly.
- Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle incoming calls and emails directing queries to appropriate staff members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associates degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not required
