Account Manager Travel

Role Summary

As an Account Manager you will lead a team manage client relationships and ensure operational excellence for a Travel program. You will play a key role in driving performance improving processes and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Team Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Understand client needs and ensure expectations are met
• Resolve issues quickly and effectively

Performance & Operations

• Analyze data and performance reports to identify trends and improvements
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
• Monitor service quality and ensure high customer satisfaction

Process Improvement

• Recommend and implement process enhancements
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

Leadership & Development

• Lead and support team members to achieve targets
• Identify training needs and facilitate skill development
• Promote a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications :

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree (preferred)
• At least 3 years of operations and people management experience
• Experience in process transformation is required
• Travel program experience is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and decision-making ability
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Additional Information :

Internal Qualifications:

• Must have Annual PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
• Tenure of at least 18 months on the current role
• No Active DA 
• Leadership experience in a Travel Program is an advantage
