Project Manager Wind Perú

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning execution and delivery of utilityscale wind projects in Peru. This includes full accountability for scope budget schedule quality HSE stakeholder management and compliance with local regulatory requirements. The role requires strong leadership proactive risk management and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe timely and successful project completion.

• Lead full project lifecycle from development handover to commissioning and transfer to operations. 
• Develop and maintain project execution plans schedules and budgets in alignment with Perus regulatory framework.
• Coordinate engineering procurement construction and commissioning activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards across all contractors and work fronts.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with national and regional permitting environmental obligations and statutory requirements.
• Manage interfaces with local communities authorities landowners and grid operators. Oversee BoP and turbine supplier contracts ensuring performance quality safety and claim management. 

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in engineering (civil mechanical electrical) or related field.
• 5 years of experience leading construction and project management of large-scale wind projects.
• Strong background in project management governance and contract execution.
• Experience working with Peruvian permitting environmental and regulatory processes is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• High integrity and strong commitment to HSSE.
• Ability to travel regularly to construction sites.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong English proficiency.
