About Palestinian Water Authority
The Palestinian Water Authority was established pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 90 of 1995, which stipulated in its first article the formation of the Water Authority, and the Water Law No. (2) of 1996 clarified in Article (2) the establishment of the Water Authority, which has an independent legal personality, and has Its own budget, to follow the president, and to have a president appointed by the Palestinian president.
