- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer/Data Science or a GIS-related field is required
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience in the application and practices of GIS for planning, analysis, design and management of spatially and non-spatially distributed databases.
- Familiarity with techniques for organizational design, process improvement, technology assimilation and process modeling.
- Experience of working in teams at different levels.
- Has self-initiative, is dynamic in establishing relationships
