• Operate and monitor the Wax Coating Machine to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• Prepare heat and maintain wax at the required temperature and viscosity levels.

• Adjust machine settings to achieve required coating thickness and quality standards.

• Perform routine quality inspections and ensure coating uniformity.

• Identify and resolve minor machine issues during operation.

• Maintain accurate production records and report abnormalities to supervisors.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety housekeeping and company procedures.

• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to meet production targets.

• Minimum Matric Intermediate or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience operating Wax Coating Machines in packaging paper board or related manufacturing industries.

• Strong understanding of wax coating processes machine settings and quality standards.

• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and process-related issues.

• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.
