Warehouse Officer
Job Summary
- Receiving of all the raw and packaging materials storage & handling activities.
- Keep constant check on received quantity & make sure that checklist & quarantine labels are affixed as per SOP.
- Ensure the pasting of hazardous labels on the container of all such materials.
- Coordinate / arrange materials loans & returns.
- Preparation of GRNs MRRs of Raw & Packaging materials of the daily receipts on the same day basis.
- System posting of all MRRs released & also the follow up of physical transfer of released raw materials.
- Follow up with purchase / Imports /Planning for documents related with the incoming raw & packaging materials.
- Ensure arrangement of raw materials as per their designated locations.
- Maintain logbook of receiving balance & area cleaning.
- Maintain the temperature record of warehouse.
- Ensure neat & clean arrangement of raw materials in entire warehouse storage area & maintain good housekeeping G.M.P. safety industrial hygiene.
- Review stock position of all stock items & inform short fall / excesses if any to warehouse manager or senior immediately.
- Ensure daily checking & standardization of weighing scales / balances & maintain the record up to date.
- Preparation of IMTR & MTN.
- Ensure transfer of materials between plants as per need.
- Support performs cycle count of raw & packaging materials.
- Materials Receiving & storage as per CGMP.
- All documents related with raw & packaging materials as per GDP.
- ERP System knowledge
- Computer skills & inventory control system.
- Pharm D
- 2-3 years of pharmaceutical industrial warehouse experience.
The base pay for this position is
