Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and skilled Associate Video Editor & Videographer to join our marketing and content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete content production process from planning and shooting to editing and delivering high-quality videos. You should have a strong eye for storytelling excellent editing skills and a passion for creating engaging content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
-Handle end-to-end video production including pre-production filming editing and final delivery.
-Produce engaging content such as documentaries short films promotional videos interviews and social media reels.
-Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment.
-Edit videos using industry-standard software while ensuring high production quality.
-Apply transitions motion graphics color correction sound design and visual effects where appropriate.
-Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
-Organize and maintain video assets raw footage and project files.
-Stay updated with the latest video production trends editing techniques and social media content formats.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Exceptional video editing and storytelling skills.
Experience: 2-3 years
- Strong videography and camera handling experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with CapCut Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Basic understanding of lighting framing audio recording and video composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading and editing.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- Experience producing content for YouTube Instagram LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Skills portfolio and hands-on experience will be prioritized over academic qualifications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing documentaries short films reels or other creative video projects is required.
