Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about video editing storytelling and digital content creation. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working on real-time marketing and branding projects.
Edit and produce engaging videos for social media marketing campaigns ads and internal use
Assist in creating short-form content (Reels Shorts TikToks) and long-form videos
Add transitions effects music captions and basic motion graphics
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand content requirements
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards
Manage raw footage and maintain an organized media library
Stay updated with video editing trends and social media formats
Bachelors degree in Media Studies Film Design Marketing or a related field (or final-year student)
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro or CapCut
Understanding of video formats resolutions and social media platforms
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Willingness to learn take feedback and grow in a fast-paced environment
Basic motion graphics or animation skills
Experience editing content for social media platforms
Knowledge of color correction and sound editing
