Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development for IT services.
• Proven experience bidding on software development AI/ML web development mobile application development and staff augmentation projects.
• Strong understanding of client requirements and proposal writing.
• Experience managing Upwork profiles lead generation and client communication.
• Excellent written English and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids follow-ups and project opportunities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork.
• Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements and project scope.
• Communicate with prospective clients and respond to project inquiries.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
• Follow up with clients to maximize response and conversion rates.
• Maintain the companys Upwork profile and bidding activities.
• Track proposals client interactions and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project estimates and technical solutions.
• Stay updated on Upwork trends client requirements and industry best practices.

Working Hours:

6:00 PM 3:00 AM
