NTT DATA Business Solutions India is looking for enthusiastic and certified SAP SuccessFactors freshers who are passionate about building a career in HR transformation and cloud consulting. Candidates will undergo structured on-the-job learning and work with experienced consultants across implementation and support projects.
Required Skills:
SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in any module (EC / PMGM / Recruiting / LMS / Onboarding preferred) - Certification Mandatory
Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Good knowledge of MS Excel PowerPoint and documentation practices
Strong learning mindset and willingness to adapt
Educational Qualification:
MBA (HR / Systems)
/ BE
MCA
BBA / or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
Internship exposure in HR or SAP domain
Basic understanding of cloud applications and HR systems
