Team Lead Student Counsellor

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Education Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in team management sales student counselling or customer relations.
• Strong leadership communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage targets improve team performance and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools for performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the student counselling team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Set daily and monthly targets and monitor progress against established performance goals.
• Guide counsellors in student engagement timely follow-ups and enrolment conversions.
• Maintain professional communication standards and ensure quality student service.
• Monitor student inquiries maintain accurate records and prepare regular performance reports.
• Train and motivate team members to strengthen their skills and achieve performance targets.
• Coordinate with management on recruitment team performance and operational requirements.
