What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of Dispatchers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive strong performance and individual growth through coaching and regular feedback.
- Oversee hiring and onboarding of SDRs identifying staffing needs and working with relevant stakeholders to attract and select the right talent.
- Foster a positive and accountable culture built on collaboration ownership and continuous learning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and address shared priorities effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement prioritize key initiatives and ensure their effective implementation to enhance team efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication people-management and leadership skills.
- A coachable mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
