Job Summary
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Primarily responsible for hiring candidates for Customer Support roles along with other technical and non-technical positions
- Source potential candidates through job portals social media platforms and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers/clients
- Roll out offer letters and follow up until joining
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment status in trackers/ATS
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
- Build and nurture a database of potential candidates for future requirements
