ÃÂÂ Answer incoming calls and respond to customerÃÂÂs emails in timely manner.
ÃÂÂ Manage and resolve customer complaints.
ÃÂÂ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as and when needed.
ÃÂÂ Provide product and service information to customers.
ÃÂÂ Research required information using available resources and Offer Solution to customers.
ÃÂÂ Research identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
ÃÂÂ Route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and Domains who can best support he user
ÃÂÂ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
ÃÂÂ Recognize document and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
ÃÂÂ Create SOPs for new Issues and resolution given.
ÃÂÂ Complete call logs and reports.
