This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination trading processing and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Supply Chain Associate plays a key role in connecting commercial strategy with operational executive ensuring products move efficiently through the supply chain while supporting business growth and customer success. Working across multiple operational sites and travelling between locations as required you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive performance solve complex challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate planning inventory contract execution and logistics activities to ensure safe efficient and seamless supply chain operations across multiple sites.
  • Lead and support onsite operational teams to deliver operational targets maintain compliance with procedures and drive high performance.
  • Manage inventory integrity through accurate transaction processing commodity movement monitoring and timely reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders across Commercial Operations Finance and Trade Execution to deliver exceptional service and uninterrupted supply chain performance.
  • Leverage data and analytics to enhance decision-making identify continuous improvement opportunities optimise costs and strengthen overall supply chain capability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree qualification in Supply Chain Management Business Logistics or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain logistics inventory management planning or operational environments with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and systems capability including experience using SQL and advance Excel to extract analyse interpret and report of operational data.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams with strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and accountable approach with a continuous improvement mindset capable of identifying opportunities to enhance processes drive operational efficiency and support business growth in a dynamic environment.
