The opportunity

As a Supervising Associate within the MENA Tax Learning & Development (L&D) team you will play a key role in supporting onboarding capability building and learning delivery for Pakistan Nearshore. You will work closely with regional stakeholders to execute learning priorities align nearshore needs with MENA Tax L&D strategy and contribute to scalable learning solutions across the region.

Your key responsibilities

- Support onboarding transition and upskilling of Pakistan Nearshore new hires to meet MENA Tax GCC requirements

- Collaborate with MENA Tax L&D to incorporate nearshore requirements into the Global Development Program (GDP)

- Coordinate and deliver localized technical Tax training in partnership with Nearshore Delivery Leaders and SSLs

- Adapt global learning content to ensure alignment with nearshore needs and MENA Tax priorities

- Contribute to the design and delivery of soft skills programs (e.g. communication stakeholder management client readiness) with the Firmwide Learning team

- Support embedding of AI automation and technology-enabled learning approaches into training programs

- Act as a key L&D contact for Pakistan Nearshore ensuring smooth coordination with business stakeholders

- Track learning effectiveness analyze feedback and support continuous improvement of programs

- Contribute to identifying nearshore capability needs and feeding into the MENA Tax annual learning plan

- Support broader MENA Tax L&D initiatives across locations as required

- Assist in planning and on-ground execution of L&D events in Pakistan coordinating with AWS and business stakeholders

- Collaborate with the wider MENA Tax learning team particularly during peak learning cycles

Skills and attributes for success

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and facilitation skills

- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail

- Collaborative approach with a focus on execution and delivery

Ideally youll also

- Have experience in L&D talent development or training coordination within a professional services environment

- Be familiar with Tax or consulting business environments

- Have exposure to regional or multi-country stakeholder management

- Demonstrate interest in digital learning AI and future-focused capability building
