Your Role

AsPaper Machine Superintendent youll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

• Leading daily paper machine operations to achieve SQDEP performance targets (Safety Quality Delivery Efficiency People).
• Drive execution of daily management systems including structured shift handovers and production reviews.
• Monitor performance identify losses and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead coach and develop frontline supervisors and hourly employees to build capability and accountability.
• Champion a strong safety culture through visible leadership audits and incident investigations.
• Partner closely with Maintenance and Quality teams to improve reliability and process performance.

What You Bring

Youre a natural fit forPaper Machine Superintendentif you have:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial Chemical Engineering or related field preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• 58 years of progressive experience in paper manufacturing or similar heavy industry
• Proven leadership experience managing supervisors and/or production teams
• Strong technical understanding of paper machine operations
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and continuous improvement
• Experience in a Production Supervisor role Superintendent or Production Manager role preferred
• Exposure to reliability programs or manufacturing excellence systems
• Willingness to relocate relocation benefit offered.
