About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end international logistics operations primarily focusing on U.S. import shipments. The role involves coordinating ocean freight drayage road transportation customs clearance and shipment documentation to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
The ideal candidate should be organized detail-oriented and experienced in coordinating with overseas vendors carriers freight forwarders and customs brokers.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or a related field 35 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination Experience managing international shipments preferably U.S. imports Strong knowledge of freight terms customs procedures and international shipping documentation Experience coordinating with overseas vendors freight partners and clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems will be an advantage
