We are seeking a motivated detail-oriented and technology-driven Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Intern to join our development team. The selected candidate will assist in ensuring the quality functionality performance and reliability of web and mobile applications through manual testing basic automation and AI-assisted quality assurance practices.

The role focuses on adopting modern testing methodologies leveraging AI-powered tools and identifying opportunities to improve testing efficiency while maintaining high software quality standards.

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Create and execute test cases and document software defects.
• Conduct functional regression and user interface (UI) testing.
• Assist with API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Explore AI-powered tools to generate test cases identify issues and improve testing efficiency.
• Support basic test automation activities under the supervision of experienced team members.
• Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
• Maintain accurate testing documentation test results and bug reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and overall QA efficiency.

• Utilize AI-powered tools to generate test cases identify edge cases and improve test coverage.
• Explore AI-assisted testing techniques to accelerate defect identification and reduce repetitive manual testing.
• Leverage tools such as ChatGPT GitHub Copilot and other AI-based QA solutions to enhance testing productivity.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive testing activities and optimize QA workflows.
• Use AI tools to assist with test documentation bug reporting test data preparation and analysis of testing results.
• Review and validate AI-generated test cases and recommendations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Research emerging AI-driven QA technologies and recommend practical improvements to existing testing processes.
• Contribute to reducing testing turnaround time while maintaining software quality standards.

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Interest in AI-powered QA tools software testing methodologies and test automation.

• Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with SQL and bug-tracking tools.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI-powered tools.
• Basic understanding of automation testing is an advantage but is not mandatory.

• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new testing tools and technologies.
• Work collaboratively with developers and other team members.
• Ensure reported defects are documented clearly and accurately.
• Validate AI-generated testing outputs rather than relying on them without review.
