Job Summary
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools.
Title: Splunk AIOPS
Total years of experience: 6 years to 10 years
Location: Bengaluru Pune Hyderabad
Working time: Morning & Evening shifts 5 days in Office and rotation support during Holidays and weekends
Primary Skills: Splunk Control-M
Must have exposure to AppD Grafana Support debugging & troubleshooting
Good exposure on Splunk in creating alerts and dashboards
Experience in supporting application on providing L2 support for troubleshooting triaging and closing incident tickets
Strong customer engagement skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues.
Good exposure to change management process and deployments to production environment
Experience with ticketing tools like BMC remedy or JIRA or any other ticketing tool
Work with multiple stakeholders to resolve application and environment issues
