Job Summary

FetchSky Technologies is looking for a Software Program Manager to lead the software lifecycle from discovery and design to development and launch.

Requirements

34 years of experience in software product & project management

Strong experience in writing PRDs SOWs User Stories and Process Flows

Ability to use AI to build wireframes prototypes and other project artifacts

Experience managing change requests backlogs priorities and roadmaps

Strong command of timelines milestones risks and dependencies

Proven ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance including 3 years in a leadership or management role. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in manual and automation testing Selenium Playwright or Cypress QA methodologies SDLC STLC Agile/Scrum CI/CD tools and test management platforms. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership strategic thinking problem-solving communication stakeholder management decision-making and team development skills Preference: Experience in Financial industry especially POS (Point of Sale) sector.
