Site Manager
Job Summary
The role is ideal for an experienced logistics leader who thrives in a dynamic operational environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence and great customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end warehouse and site operations ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day execution
- Manage inbound storage inventory picking packing and outbound/fulfillment activities
- Drive operational excellence through effective planning productivity management and continuous improvement
- Ensure inventory accuracy proper storage practices and adherence to operational processes and controls
- Lead coach and develop site teams fostering a high-performance and safety-focused culture
- Monitor operational KPIs identify performance gaps and implement corrective and improvement actions
- Ensure compliance with HSSE quality regulatory and company standards across the site
- Manage customer requirements and agreed service levels ensuring a consistently high level of service delivery
- Manage site costs and resources effectively identifying opportunities to improve productivity and profitability
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement standardization and operational discipline across the site
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in warehouse contract logistics distribution or supply chain operations preferably in a leadership/managerial role
- Strong experience managing large-scale or complex warehouse operations
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership team development and performance management
- Strong understanding of inventory management warehousing processes and fulfillment operations
- Experience working with WMS and operational performance systems/tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and effectively manage competing priorities
- Strong communication decision-making and leadership capabilities
