Our Client a Karachi based company seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:

SHIFT INCHARGE

Job Scope

To supervise product dispatch at locations in order to ensure timely reliable and accident-free operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory with stringent control on product variation and custody transfer.
  • Manage daily operations ensuring compliance of all SOPs HSE procedures to safe guard People Plant Process and Product.
  • Coordinate with Internal and External stake holders for resolving operational safety and security matters
  • Manage administrative and security arrangements of assigned location for smooth operations.
  • Optimum management of manpower to ensure safe and cost-effective dispatch operations while maintaining customer focus.
  • Undertake any other task or function as maybe desired by the management.

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution preferably in Engineering Supply Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in oil depot/ terminal operations management and T/L dispatch
  • Maintaining working relationships with all external stakeholders for efficient operations
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and organizational skills.

Age

  • The candidate should preferably be not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
