o 4 to 8 Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 2 End-End-To Implementations in ONB 1.0/2.0 and 2 Support Projects
o Must Have: Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) & SuccessFactors EC

o Good to Have: Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and/or RMK
o Hands-on experience in On/Offboarding/ Crossboarding Configuration and End to End Implementation
o Good Knowledge in On/Offboarding/Crossboarding processes its feasibilities and limitations.
o Hands-on experience in Data Models customization
o Good Exposure in Standard Hiring Forms
o Experience in Custom forms design and development
o Workflows configuration (i.e. Exempt / Non-Exempt)
o Experience in HRIS setup to Export File and Foundation Data using SuccessFactors Onboarding standard xml file format
o Experience with system design configuration customization integration testing and support
o Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
o Experience in integrating RCM ONB - EC
o Hands on experience in creating Panels designing and mapping pdf forms configuring New Hire Activities
o Working knowledge of Role Based Permission assignments
o Working knowledge of Story Reports/Workforce Analytics
o Migration knowledge from ONB 1.0 to 2.0
o Experience in Global Project and rollouts
o Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
o Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process to bring them to speed on all Talent Acquisition processes
o Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
o Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
o Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
o Need to be a team player
o Bachelors or masters degree
o Passionate about SAP ready to learn and grow
o Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all SAP Consultants
