Job Summary
Architect design and implement scalable secure upgrade-safe ServiceNow LSD solutions. Lead modern legal service experiences (Legal Matter Management Legal Intake Document Management) with strict CSDM alignment and platform best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Design and extend LSD applications using App Engine Studio Flow Designer UI Builder Now Experience Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
CSDM & Data Integrity: Model legal data per CSDM 4.0/5.0 enforce data governance for legal matters documents and services integrate with Service Graph.
Automation & Integration: Build legal workflow automations using Flow Designer Decision Builder and IntegrationHub integrate with HRSD ITSM GRC and third-party legal systems (MID Server OAuth 2.0).
User Experience: Develop Next Experience Workspaces/Portals with UI Builder ensure WCAG accessibility configure AI Search Virtual Agent Next Best Action.
Security Privacy & Compliance: Implement ACLs roles scoped app protections Zero Trust principles ensure GDPR compliance attorney-client privilege and data retention policies.
Testing & CI/CD: Develop ATF test suites participate in code reviews instance scans CI/CD pipelines (Application Repository Git).
Mentorship: Guide junior developers champion LSD best practices track ServiceNow product roadmap.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4 years ServiceNow development 2 years LSD or regulated service domain focus.
Platform Expertise: Scoped apps Flow Designer IntegrationHub UI Builder Now Experience.
CSDM: Proven CSDM 4.0/5.0 implementation.
Scripting: Advanced JavaScript (ES6) Glide APIs secure coding.
Integrations: IntegrationHub MID Server OAuth 2.0.
Testing/CI/CD: ATF instance scan pipeline management.
Security & Privacy: Robust controls for sensitive legal data.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: CAD CIS-LSD.
