The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality SEO-driven content that improves organic visibility increases website traffic attracts qualified leads and supports business growth.

• Create high-quality original and SEO-optimized content for websites landing pages blogs and other digital platforms.
  
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify high-value search opportunities.
  
• Analyze search intent and create content that matches users needs at every stage of the customer journey.
  
• Develop SEO content strategies based on target keywords topics competitors and business objectives.
  
• Optimize content for Google Search including titles headings meta descriptions internal links URLs and content structure.
  
• Build Topical Authority through topic clusters pillar pages and supporting content.
  
• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to identify content gaps and ranking opportunities.
  
• Write engaging content that balances SEO performance with readability and user experience.
  
• Create content designed to generate organic traffic and qualified leads.
  
• Update and optimize existing content to improve rankings and organic performance.
  
• Work closely with the SEO Specialist Marketing Product and Development teams.
  

• 25 years of professional experience in SEO Content Writing.
  
• Proven experience creating content that generates organic traffic and search visibility.
  
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page SEO.
  
• Excellent English writing editing and proofreading skills.
  
• Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.
  
• Experience with SERP and competitor analysis.
  
• Knowledge of content architecture internal linking topic clusters and topical authority.
  
• Experience using Google Search Console Google Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs or similar SEO tools.
  
• Strong research and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to write for both search engines and real users.
  
• Understanding of conversion-focused content and CTA optimization.
  
• Ability to work independently meet deadlines and manage multiple content projects.
  

• Experience in Real Estate PropTech SaaS Technology or Marketplace websites.
  
• Experience working on websites targeting GCC UAE Saudi Arabia UK or US markets.
  
• Experience building SEO content strategies for large websites.
  
• Understanding of Technical SEO basics.
  
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  
• Knowledge of Content Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
