Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in digital analytics implementation reporting and optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with product marketing engineering and data teams to ensure accurate tracking actionable insights and data-driven decisions across web and mobile platforms.

Lead end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementation across multiple digital properties

Work with product/tech teams to define analytics requirements data layers and tracking plans

Create validate and optimize Adobe Launch/DTM tagging configurations

Configure custom events eVars props classifications and segments

Perform deep-dive analysis on customer journeys funnels campaigns and behavioral patterns

Build dashboards and reports using Adobe Workspace

Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and convert them to measurable analytics solutions

Troubleshoot tagging issues and ensure data governance and accuracy

Work on A/B testing and personalization initiatives (Adobe Target is a plus)

Support migration audits and analytics enhancement projects

12 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Workspace Reporting Segmentation)

Strong experience with Adobe Launch / Adobe Tag Manager

Good understanding of JavaScript HTML DOM structure and front-end debugging

Experience with Data Layer design and implementation

Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights

Knowledge of marketing analytics customer journeys attribution and web/mobile tagging

Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience with Adobe Target (A/B testing personalization)

Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Experience with SQL or other analytics tools (GA4 Tableau Power BI)

Understanding of cookies privacy regulations and data governance

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience)
