Senior Sales Engineer Center

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand the Concrete target market in the Center Region.
• Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities with key stakeholders including consultants contractors and ready-mix producers.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships through technical support solution-based selling and project follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Marketing Technical and R&D teams to introduce innovative solutions aligned with market needs.
• Monitor competitor activities market trends and project pipelines to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure achievement of sales volume margin and collection targets as per company objectives.
• Represent the company in technical seminars exhibitions and customer engagement events.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 47 years of experience in sales/business development within the construction chemicals or concrete industry
• Strong technical understanding of concrete admixtures and applications.
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven with a strong business acumen and regional market knowledge.
