Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge on Operations and good Excel skills.
This is not expected to be a external customer facing Role or very minimal interactions. These are the basic expectations from department perspective.
Invoicing preparation
Maintaining Headcount data Utilization data/reports
Maintaining joiners and Exits data
Keep a track of resourcing Requirement and tracker
Preparation of Shift Allowances/OT allowances trackers
Day to day operation activities Reports
Working closely with Dept Head/Managers/Leads
Coordination with external departments e.g. TA HR Central reporting Teams etc
