Job Summary

The Learning & Development Executive is responsible for enhancing employee experience by managing learning and development employee engagement onboarding employee relations and HR initiatives that support a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage learning and development programs training calendars and training evaluations.
  • Identify employee development needs and coordinate training initiatives.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement recognition and culture-building activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend improvements based on employee feedback.
  • Coordinate employee surveys analyze results and present actionable insights.
  • Manage HR communications and company-wide announcements.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the internship program and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes.
  • Maintain HR policies SOPs templates and HR documentation.
  • Partner with business leaders to support people initiatives and organizational development.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in HR preferably in Learning & Development Employee Experience or HR Operations.
  • Strong communication stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and AI productivity tools..
