Senior Front-End Developer

As aSenior Front-End Developerto join our SFCC-based e-commerce organization. You will own the user interface layerbuilding fast accessible and scalable web experiences on Salesforce Commerce Cloudwhile partnering closely with UX/design product and back-end teams. The role requires strong knowledge of modern browser fundamentals performance optimization and component-driven UI development along with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will:

• Lead the development of responsive high-quality e-commerce storefront UIs using HTML CSS/SCSS and JavaScript.
• Build reusable UI components aligned with Atomic Design principles and the organizations design system.
• Optimize front-end performance and accessibility by improving Core Web Vitals applying WCAG standards and ensuring inclusive design.
• Develop and maintain SFCC storefront UI using SFRA patterns while integrating APIs and managing reliable client-side functionality.
• Configure front-end build tools mentor junior developers conduct code reviews and promote front-end best practices.

You have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field with strong communication skills and high English proficiency.
• 5 years of front-end development experience building and shipping customer-facing web applications preferably in e-commerce environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) including SFRA storefront development and front-end customization within SFCC.
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end technologies and browser fundamentals including JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript HTML5 CSS3/SCSS DOM rendering pipeline event loop and web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals: LCP INP CLS).
• Experience working in agile environments with modern engineering workflows including Git code reviews CI/CD pipelines and unit/integration/e2e testing.
