Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Support Developer to design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions
Customize workflows business rules UI policies and scripts
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP)
Ensure adherence to best practices and governance
Perform testing and support UAT
Provide production support and enhancements
Required Skills
Strong ServiceNow platform expertise
JavaScript and Glide API knowledge
Integration experience
CMDB understanding (where applicable)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
