Job Description

We are looking forward to see the following skills and capabilities in you:

End to end - Functional aspects of CRM/C4C Process Knowledge.
At least 10 to 14 years of experience in SAP and one end to end implementation cycles.
Good domain Knowledge.
In depth knowledge of SD Process and cloud integration
Responsible for Requirement Gathering configuration testing and support.
Should be able to work as an independent team member capable of applying judgment

to plan and execute your tasks
Should be able to respond to business / functional /technical queries / requests from

team members and customer.

Desired Candidate Profile Skill
Graduate/ Post graduate with minimum with certification of CRM/C4C or SD.
Good and effective English written and oral communication skills
Good Team working and learning Attitude.
Ready to learn and interested to work in new technologies.
Ready to travel.
Work as a team leader and provide guidance to junior resources.
Has the ability to handle client requirements and manage top management.
