Salesforce Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

• Responsible for performing design and development on one or more Project areas like Functional (Configuration/Scripting) Integration with other Application Data Migration or Data Conversion etc
• Responsible for providing effort estimation of design and development tasks. CRM Developer/ Software Developer contributes in documentation of Technical Design. Developer must be well versed with Development Standards
• Responsible for exploring new technologies coming in CRM space for existing application(s) as well as new application(s) and plan training on them with CRM Manager/CRM Practice Manager based on Companys strategic objectives
• Strong SQL experience (can write stored procedures functions views and tables. Good with troubleshooting SQL performance issues)
• Work with a team of software developers to deliver products on time
• Working understanding of Agile software engineering processes and methodologies
• Interfacing with Business Analysts to effectively implement business requirements into technology enhancements and new features to improve the platform
• Experience with web based applications is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Configure Salesforce objects fields flows validation rules reports and dashboards.
• Deep understanding Apex LWC and Integration.
• Work closely with technical teams for customizations and integrations
• Conduct UAT sessions and provide end-user training/support
• Prepare functional documentation and solution design documents
• Support Salesforce enhancements and ongoing projects

Required Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience required.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Flows Process Automation Reports & Dashboards
• Knowledge of CRM processes and business analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Salesforce certifications will be a plus

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
