How you will contribute

You will:

• Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
• Maintainand optimize systems for sales(including functionalities for customermanagement tour planning promotionplanning listing maintenance shelf auditand reporting).
• Provide support to users withspecific technical problems in cooperationwith IT service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement ofexisting software and automation of new processes.

More about this role

Education / Certifications: Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration or relevant field.

Job specific requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales Operations.
• Good understanding of FMCG Sales.
• Microsoft Office
• SAP

Travel requirements: As per business need

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
