Job Summary

Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote

Salary Range: 100K to 130
Timing: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM Full time 8 hours a day 5 days a week Day shift.

Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead our B2B outbound prospecting and client engagement. This is a client-facing role: the person will not only generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach but will also speak directly with our clients. Fluent clear professional spoken English is therefore a non-negotiable requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run B2B outbound campaigns across LinkedIn cold email and cold DMs.
  • Build and manage prospect lists and outreach sequences using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach/automation tools.
  • Write and continuously test sales copy subject lines email bodies DM scripts and follow-ups using proven copywriting frameworks and messaging techniques.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Speak directly with clients and prospects over calls presenting our offering clearly and professionally.
  • Track outreach performance and iterate on messaging based on reply/conversion data.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven B2B sales development experience with a track record of booking qualified meetings and generating pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Cold email outreach (sequences deliverability personalization)
  • Cold DMs / social selling
    • Excellent spoken English clear accent strong pronunciation and confident communication suitable for direct client conversations.
    • Strong written English for professional error-free outreach messaging.

    What Candidates Must Provide (for shortlisting)

    • Portfolio / work samples examples of outreach campaigns sales copy or email/DM sequences they have written.
    • Verifiable track record results or metrics from previous roles (e.g. meetings booked reply rates pipeline generated).
    • Background & references we can verify (previous employers LinkedIn profile or client references).
    • A short note (or brief call) demonstrating spoken English fluency and communication style.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience selling within our industry (motion graphics and video production) or to a similar target audience.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach analytics.
    • Experience with A/B testing messaging and improving conversion rates.
